Благословення нового приміщення Школи Св. свщм. Йосафата
19 вересня Преосвящений Владика Кир Стефан Епарх Торонто і Східньої Канади звершив благословення нового приміщення Школи Св. Йосафата за адресою 110 Tenth Street в Торонто. Сослужили Преосвященому Владиці о. Володимир Янішевський, настоятель Катедри Св. Йосафата і о. Остап Чорній, сотрудник Катедри Св. Йосафата. В урочистому заході взяли участь представники адміністрації Католицької Шкільної Ради Торонто, вчителі, учні і батьки Школи Св. Йосафата. Після чину благословення діти музичним виступом привітали всіх гостей.Blessing of New St Josaphat School Location
On the morning of Wednesday, September 19, the St. Josaphat school community came together to celebrate the blessing of its new school location by Bishop Stephen Chmilar, Eparch of Toronto and Eastern Canada. The ceremony was concelebrated with Rev. Volodymyr Yanishevsky, Rector of St. Josaphat’s Cathedral and Rev. Ostap Chorniy, associate priest. Associate Dan Koening, Trustee Ann Andrachuk and Chair of the Board Barbara Poplawski concluded the celebration with closing remarks, stressing the importance of roots, and congratulating the school community on settling into their new home. Staff, students and parents were then invited to enjoy some refreshments.Click on image to enlarge it.
